Customer Service


  Cycle Publishing LLC is committed to customer service in accordance with the following points:
 
1. Each product we offer is described as fully and faithfully as possible, consistent with generally accepted book trade practice.
   
2. Orders will be processed and dispatched the next business day whenever possible, although at times it may take an additional day. In cases of unforeseen delays, we will notify you by E-mail.
   
3. Depending on local availability, orders will be shipped either from San Francisco or from Kimball, MI.
   
4. All prices are in US dollars, and all payments are transacted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Any conversion to local currency for foreign orders will be handled by the your credit card issuing bank.
   
5. On-line credit card payments are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, and your credit card number is “scrambled” for transmission and temporary storage pending processing. Credit card information is not stored for any longer than is necessary for us to process the order.
   
6. If you prefer to pay by check, money order, or bank draft, please print out the order form and mail it to our address (shown on the order form) together with your payment.
   
7. Unless specified differently, at the time the order is placed, all orders from U.S. customers are sent via US Postal Service Media Mail, which may take up to two weeks (but usually no more than one week) to reach you. If you require faster service, please select the Priority Mail option at the additional price listed on the order form. For foreign orders, please select Air Mail or Surface Mail, and you will be charged the appropriate fee in addition to the basic (U.S.) mailing cost.
   
8. We respect your privacy and will not divulge any of your personal details, including your telephone number and E-mail address, to any other party.
   
9. We undertake to give you fast, reliable, and friendly service. Any product ordered that does not meet your expectations may be returned for a full refund within one week after receipt by you.
